Step 1: Price & Your Timeline

Comps: First, review comparable sales in the neighborhood to evaluate the value of your home.

Net Sheet: Next, review and reference the net sheet to determine your proceeds in the given range.

Strategy: Last, choose the price and strategy that is right for your timeline.


Step 2: Coming Soon

MLS Entry: The first step is entry into the MLS which transmits all of it’s listings to Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, etc.

Options: Next, is selecting from the optional improvement list I will provide you.

Partners: Last, consider hiring our stager, cleaner or other industry partner. The Price Group always covers the cost of professional photography.


Step 3: Marketing

Website: We create direct landing pages for each listing and run google ads for that page.

Mail: We send direct mail marketing for new listings to drive interest and traffic to the open house.

Open House: We hold open houses even after our sellers are in contract in an effort to obtain a back-up offer.


Step 4: Buyer Agent 3% CO-OP

CO-OP: We offer 3% of our 6% commission to every licensed agent in the market.

Showings: We use an online appointment system that gives you direct control and agents direct convenience.

Supra: We use an electronic lock box that can only be opened by Licensed Real Estate Agents.


Step 5: Review Offers

When reviewing offers we need to discuss and consider the following terms.

  • Pre-approved letter from their lender
  • Type of financing
  • Do they need a closing cost credit?
  • Offer amount
  • Earnest deposit amount
  • Do the appliances stay?
  • Inspection period
  • Remedy period
