We recommend buyers start their home search by connecting with a lender. Here’s why, if you find a property you love and feels like home you may face major disappointment, if that home goes into contract before you can make an offer. Connecting with an experienced lender will not only help you discover what you qualify for but many lenders will help you map out a plan to build your financial strength and make home buying a reality or increase your buying power!

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Being a first-time home buyer, we didn't even know where to start. I had heard stories about other's experiences with realtors and them being described as "the care salesman of home buying". Adam was different. He took his time explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about what to look for while touring a home. We probably looked at 20+ houses and he was there every step of the way. When we fina...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Adam worked his butt off for us. We had him show us some of the most abnormal houses around. He was always enthusiastic and happy to help. He never pressured us into buying a home even after we made him drive hours just to show us some. He was always excited to go look at another one with us. He made the process a lot less stressful. We were picky and had a tight budget and he still found us a home that ...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Adam was a breeze to work with. Nobody is more responsive! Adam was also able to connect us with other professionals like mortgage lenders and home inspectors who were instrumental in our ability to close on a great property. Adam also has - of course - great knowledge of things to look out for as you tour a home. As first-time buyers, it could not have gone better!

— Erica L.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Adam was absolutely the best! He and his team did everything possible to make the entire buying and selling of our new and old house extremely easy. They were in constant communication the entire time. There were no unexpected surprises. I have and will continue to tell anybody who will listen that this is the team to support you!

— Firas A.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Adam went above and beyond to find my husband and me a house that we loved. As first-time home buyers, we had no clue what the process involved and he explained everything very well. There were snags that we hit along the way and he went out of his way every time to make sure it was fixed. If I could give him more stars, I would!

— Cindy K.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and the purchasing process. He was quick to respond to any of our messages and made himself available for any house we wanted to look at. We found the perfect house and Adam helped us close the deal! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
